Air quality measured in the Nation RER A station

RATP constantly monitors and assesses the quality of the air circulating in underground railway enclosures. Surveillance is primarily based on compliance with the conditions of hygiene and cleanliness of RATP spaces, both for passengers and staff. The RATP laboratory carries out measurements, in continuously, in 5 stations representative of the RATP underground spaces (Châtelet, Franklin Roosevelt and Auber, Châtelet RER A and Nation RER A) which constitute the SQUALES network (Monitoring the Air Quality of the Underground Environment). /p>This dataset corresponds to the Nation station on line A of the RER.The measurements relate to the usual climatic parameters (temperature, relative humidity), air renewal ( carbon dioxide) and air quality (nitrogen oxides, particles). This network automatically produces more than 200,000 raw data per year. The hourly averages of these measurements constitute the published database. Occasional measurement campaigns also make it possible to monitor other parameters, such as ultrafine particles, aldehydes, monocyclic or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
