Temporary wind energy (Environmental Ordinance 2016)

On the basis of the Crisis and Recovery Act, wind turbines in the province of Groningen can be assigned a provisional destination. The province of Groningen has laid down in the Environmental Ordinance that this option from the Crisis and Recovery Act must be used in the areas that fall within the boundaries of the 'temporary wind energy' object.
