Groundwater seepage in spring

Average amount of vertical seepage of groundwater on 1 April at a depth of a few meters below ground level in millimeters per day. The seepage was calculated with the regional groundwater model MIPWA3, as the vertical flux between the bottom of model layer 1 and the top of model layer 2. The model calculation was performed at a resolution of 100 by 100 metres. This grid has been scaled down to a resolution of 25 by 25 meters by linear interpolation of the calculated values ​​of the surrounding model grid cells. The calculation period was 2007 up to and including 2014 (the standard calculation period of the MIPWA3 model). The seepage flux is calculated as the average of the calculated seepage fluxes on 1 April over the calculation period.
