Fireworks equipment

Accidents involving hazardous substances involve a major accident on a company site. A substance is a hazardous substance when it is toxic, flammable or explosive, or has a combination of these properties. Fireworks is the collective name for rapidly burning, luminous and often loudly popping substances in paper shells, which often contain gunpowder. It is divided into two categories: consumer fireworks and professional fireworks. The fireworks sold before the turn of the year are consumer fireworks. The risk map shows the locations where more than 10,000 kilos of fireworks are stored, processed or sold. That can be both consumer and professional fireworks. Most points of sale of consumer fireworks have less stock and are therefore not on the risk map.
