Cultural-historical Main Structure: Country estate biotopes globally

Historic estates in South Holland are of great significance to the area. With their green and stately character, they form rest areas in the urban area. To ensure that this unique cultural heritage is not lost, the province has set up a so-called 'estate biotope'. This estate biotope consists of: - the core of the estate: house with garden and/or park - a buffer zone around it: the so-called field of view - valuable elements such as: lines of sight, panoramas, road or watercourse on which the estate is located. Global estate biotopes, determined by the Provincial Council as part of the Vision for South Holland - Spatial Regulation. The location was determined by the Provincial Council of South Holland on July 2, 2010 (including the changes as determined by PS on February 23, 2011). On 29 February 2012, PS adopted the amendments to the PSV and the Spatial Planning Regulation. This also included a large number of - usually minor - corrections to the file, these corrections have been implemented in this file.
