Cultural-historical Main Structure: Settlements, windmill biotopes

Traditional windmills have great visual and spatial importance. That is why they are included as a separate object. The province of South Holland has a protective policy for the environment of these windmills (the so-called windmill biotope). See the Spatial Planning Regulation (Article 2.3.5 Protection of mill biotope). A number of points have been changed in accordance with environmental policy.
