This table contains figures on the number of vacancies that have arisen at companies and institutions in healthcare and welfare. The data can be broken down by region. This table was developed in the context of the Labor Market, Care and Welfare (AZW) research program. For more trends and developments in the field of the labor market in healthcare and welfare, see azwstatline.cbs.nl (see section 3). Data available from: first quarter 2018. Status of the figures: The figures in this table are provisional. This is a pre-publication based on the unchanged format of the source data. Vacancies in the Healthcare and Welfare sector are well perceived online, the weighting factors of the vacancies are relatively low. This means that in this sector, incidental errors in individual vacancies do not affect large numbers. The analysis of the quality of the classification of resulting vacancies by region is carried out. The first results of this are encouraging. The quality check on the regional classification will soon be expanded. Changes as of September 8, 2023: The table has been supplemented with figures for the 2nd quarter of 2023. Changes as of December 9, 2022: The table has been supplemented with figures for the 3rd quarter of 2022. As of September 1, 2022, the RegioPlus-Arbeidsmarktregio Rijnstreek has changed its name: the new name is “Rijn Gouwe”. This name change is reflected in time in this table (1st quarter 2018). Due to an improvement in the method, the figures have been adjusted from the first quarter of 2018. As a result, the numbers of vacancies have changed by region. The totals for the Netherlands (including those that cannot be classified) have remained the same. When will new figures be available? This table is supplemented every quarter.
