Environmental regulation- Functions dependent on good water management (flats)

The water functions areas (Protection zone wet land nature, Wet land nature, Water as connector, Highest ecological level waters (HEN) and Specific ecological objective waters (SED)) depend on good water management. The Provincial Executive may, on request and subject to conditions, allow deviations from the water functions during the implementation of water projects. This file was adopted by the Provincial Council on March 1, 2017.
