CORINE Country Cover database of the Netherlands for the year 1986 UPDATE

The file contains data on land use in the Netherlands according to the European CORINE Land Cover legend. The data is mainly based on the visual interpretation of Landsat5-TM images from 1986 - 1988. The file is a geometrically and thematically corrected version of the CORINE86 file. Units smaller than 25ha do not occur. The Dutch database will be integrated with other national databases in order to have a standard land use database for the entire EU.
