Average WOZ value of homes on 1 January; property, region

The average WOZ value of homes as of 1 January is published in this table. The figures are broken down by ownership of the home (excluding homes whose ownership is unknown) and by regional breakdown. Under the regional classification, a breakdown has been made into the Netherlands as a whole, part of the country, province, COROP area and municipality. For municipalities where a municipal reorganization has taken place, the figures between the years are not easily comparable. Population: The population is the housing stock according to the BAG on 1 January, as determined by Statistics Netherlands. Data available from: 2019 Status of the figures: The figures with the total average WOZ value of 2019, 2020 and 2021 are final and based on the LVWOZ extract of October 2022. The figures with the total average WOZ value of 2022 are further provisional and based on the LVWOZ extract of October 2022. The figures with the total average WOZ value of 2023 are provisional and based on the LVWOZ extract of May 2023. Changes as of 13 July 2023: The provisional figures of 2023 have been added. These figures do not yet include the breakdown by ownership. When will new numbers come out? In November 2023, the more detailed provisional figures for 2023 with property breakdowns will be published and the figures for 2022 will be given the final status.
