This table contains age-specific fertility rates (number of children per woman) by ranking number from the mother and the birth generation of the woman. The figures relate to the population of the Netherlands. Data available: 1935-2020 Status of the figures: The figures in this table for birth generations 1935-1961 are based entirely on observations. The birth generations from 1962 onwards are based on observations and forecast figures. Changes as of December 13, 2012. In this new table, the previous forecast has been adjusted based on the most recent insights, the forecast period now runs from 2012 to 2060. Changes as of December 16, 2014. Discontinued.
