Basic Map Aquatic: the Water Types Map 2013

The basic map of aquatic water types is a detailed dataset with the location of Dutch surface water. The type of water is indicated for all surface waters. The characteristics of the water body are also included for the waters designated as water bodies in the Water Framework Directive (WFD). This dataset is based on the TOP10NL chart with an accuracy of 1:10,000. This makes this map a very accurate map of Dutch water, has a nationwide division into water types and a link with the Water Framework Directive. PBL Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency.
