Drentsche Aa National Park (Environmental Ordinance 2016)

This file contains the Groningen part of the Drentsche Aa National Landscape as established in the Environmental Ordinance Province of Groningen 2016. We have included rules in this Environmental Ordinance to protect the layout of the country estates in this area. The Drentsche Aa National Landscape is an esdorp and road village landscape, consisting of an open stream valley with grasslands on low moors and peat holes, which changes towards the Hondsrug into sandy soils with many woods, hedgerows and hedgerows. About five percent of the Drentsche Aa National Landscape is located in our province. Together with the province of Drenthe, we protect the small scale of the landscape, the freely meandering Drentsche Aa stream and the cohesion of ash trees, forests, heathland and modern reclamations.
