Wuppertal ATOM Feed Klimaorte

The ATOM Feed download service for climate locations Wuppertal provides a data set for download that includes the descriptions of (as of 08/2021) 118 punctiform modeled best practice examples for climate protection in Wuppertal. They were collected by the city of Wuppertal's climate protection coordination center in the period from Q4/2020 to Q2/2021 as the data basis for the interactive map application "Klimaortkarte Wuppertal". The climatic location map also presents the linear railway route cycle paths from the open data data set "Radrouten Wuppertal". These are not included in the climate location data set. The data record assigns one or more thematically categorized offers to the locations of organisations, institutions and plants. The categorization uses a two-level model (topic / category). Multiple locations can be in the same geographic location, e.g. B. in a building in which several climate protection organizations reside. The continuation of the data set takes place irregularly, in each case promptly after the identification of a new climate location or a change in an existing one. The data accessed by the download service is updated independently of this on a weekly basis. The data set provided is available in Shape, KML and GeoJSON format under an open data license (CC BY 4.0).
