The ATOM Feed download service for the georeferenced existing addresses with the residential area of Wuppertal provides a data set for download that is created by automatically merging the georeferenced existing addresses of the city of Wuppertal with the residential area map on a weekly basis. The residential area map is updated and approved annually by the expert committee for property values in the city of Wuppertal. It classifies the residential areas in Wuppertal into four grades (simple, medium, good and exclusive residential area) according to the predominant character of a coherent residential area. (The location quality of individual properties may vary.) The current residential area map is a basis for the qualified rent index for the city of Wuppertal, which has been available since December 2016. The georeferenced inventory addresses are created by the weekly automated merging of the building references from the official property cadastre information system ALKIS for the calibrated buildings and the monthly updated building references of existing but not yet calibrated buildings from the municipal information system WuNDa/adresses. The coordinates of the building references to the existing buildings that have not yet been measured deviate by a few meters from the ALKIS coordinates that were only available later. The data set provided by the download service in CSV format is subject to the open data license "Data License Germany - Attribution - Version 2.0 (dl-by-de/2.0)".
