WFS download service for protected areas in Germany. The harmonized data sets of the protected areas are brought together once a year by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation from the data sets of the federal states and the federal government. The area boundaries are, if necessary, adjusted to the course of the federal state boundaries of the database administrative boundaries 1: 25,000 (VG 25, BKG). Status of the data: FFH areas (2019), bird protection areas (2019), national parks (2023), nature protection areas (2021), national natural monuments (2023), biosphere reserves (2023), nature parks (2023), landscape protection areas (2021).
