The Public Space Management Map is a combination of cadastral and topographical information, namely of the cadastral parcels on which a right of ownership rests with the municipality of Amsterdam (including Weesp), as recorded in the Key Register of Land Registry (BRK), linked to the topographical objects in the division of the public space, as laid down in the Key Register of Large-Scale Topography (BGT). For this purpose, a criterion of at least 20% overlap is used between the cadastral plot on which a property right rests and the topographical object in the public space. Such a property right of the municipality of Amsterdam, provided it is untaxed (see option 1 below), in principle gives the municipality the responsibility for management. However, if this property right of the municipality is burdened by an attached property right of another party (see option 2 below), this other party has the management responsibility. Finally, for cadastral and linked topographical objects on which the municipality has no ownership rights at all, the municipality also has no management responsibility. That responsibility often lies with other authorities such as the province, water board or other municipality, or ProRail. These objects do not fall under either option 1 or 2 below, and are not shown in the Management Map at all. Please note: a property right in this context can be: right of ownership, long lease, long lease and superficies or superficies. On the map you can see for each part owned by the municipality of Amsterdam whether or not the municipality has responsibility for management on the basis of property rights. (1) 1) In the management card_basic_map table, select the rows with attribute agg_indication_taxed_right = FALSE (i.e. untaxed). This shows the public space owned by the municipality of Amsterdam, where the property rights of the municipality are not subject to any other, incriminating property rights (building and/or ground lease) of other parties and for which the municipality is therefore fully responsible for the management. Where the municipality is not fully responsible, the relevant object is not shown. 2) In the management card_basic_map table, select the rows with attribute agg_indication_taxed_right = TRUE (i.e. taxed). This shows the public space owned by the municipality of Amsterdam for which the municipality is not or not fully responsible for the management, as a result of the incriminating property rights (building and/or ground lease) of other parties (other governments, organizations or private individuals) in the area. property rights of the municipality. --- 1) There may be agreements in which management is transferred to another party, such as an allotment garden association, cemetery or sports association.
