max. speeds of the underlying and main road network
Rijkswaterstaat makes data on the maximum speeds on the Dutch road network available on a monthly basis. Two files are provided: one for the main road network (WEGGEG), one for the underlying road network (WKD). New versions of both data collections become available every first week of the month. The files are available via the NDW open data portal: http://opendata.ndw.nu For more information, see www.ndw.nu. Dataset planned for opening on data.overheid.nl at the end of Q2 2018
