School weight by school location

This file shows the school weight per school location. Which is calculated in the following way: First, the total of the number of students with a weight is calculated: (the number of students with weight 0.3 x weight 0.3) + (number of students with weight 1.2 x weight 1.2). This result is reduced by 0.06 x the total number of students at that location. This result is rounded to a whole number. If this result is less than 0, then the school weight becomes 0. An upper limit is used: if the result is higher than 0.8 x the number of students, the location is given a school weight equal to 0.8 x the number of students at the location , rounded to a whole number. The school weight per brin number can be calculated by adding up the location weights of a brin number.
