The real estate cadastre is kept in electronic form in the official real estate cadastral information system (ALKIS). This service provides geospatial data from the property cadastre in a simplified data exchange scheme via a web API (Application Programming Interface). The service only provides the following geo-objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme. The objects parcel, parcel point, building/structure, cadastral district, usage, usage parcel, administrative unit are provided. The API is designed for use in appropriate (web development environments). Status of the data used: January 1, 2023.
