WMS NW cadastral authorities overview
The real estate cadastre contains basic geodata for parcels and buildings in a descriptive and descriptive form. The property cadastre also includes information about the owner, information about actual use and the characteristic topography, as well as the results of the land assessment. The real estate cadastre is an official directory within the meaning of the land register regulations. In North Rhine-Westphalia, it is the task of the districts and independent cities to collect, maintain and make available the basic geodata of the municipally managed real estate cadastre in the uniform standard of the official real estate cadastral information system (ALKIS). The cadastral authorities create the official extracts from the real estate cadastre. This service contains the addresses and contact details as well as online access to the data available from all 53 land registry offices in North Rhine-Westphalia. As additional information, the currently valid AAA application scheme (6.0.1 or 7.1.2) is specified for each cadastral authority.
