NRW property map: The representation of the NRW property cadastre was derived from the secondary data available at the NRW Geodata Center. The essential contents of the real estate cadastre, such as parcels, buildings, actual use and topography, including the associated labeling and symbols, are shown and presented based on the AdV signature catalog. The WCS uses the ALKIS WMTS service as a source, so that the WCS returns grid data in color or in grayscale depending on the query. The service provides official coordinates only in the standard coordinate reference system with EPSG code 25832. If other coordinate systems supported by the service are selected for map display, a corresponding transformation is carried out on the server side, which is subject to inaccuracies. Geobasis NRW assumes no liability for the unofficial coordinates supplied via transformation. Status of the data used: January 1, 2023.
