NRW property map in yellow: The representation of the NRW property cadastre was derived from the secondary data available at the NRW Geodata Center. The currentness of the underlying data can be queried using the GetFeatureInfo of the parcels layer. The essential contents of the real estate cadastre, such as parcels, buildings, actual use and topography, including the associated labeling and symbols, are shown and presented based on the AdV signature catalog. The grouping “Actual use” includes the object area with the same name and contains the information from the object type groups “Settlement”, “Traffic”, “Vegetation” and “Water”. This object area defines the complete, overlap-free and comprehensive description of the earth's surface. The group “Legal regulations” includes the object area “Legal regulations, territorial units, catalogs” and includes the object type group “Public law and other regulations”. The real estate cadastre is proof of the results of the official land assessment within the meaning of Section 11 of the Land Estimation Act. In the real estate cadastre, the valuation according to the Valuation Act only has a reporting nature. The service provides official coordinates only in the standard coordinate reference system with EPSG code 25832. If other coordinate systems supported by the service are selected for map display, a corresponding transformation is carried out on the server side, which is subject to inaccuracies. Geobasis NRW assumes no liability for the unofficial coordinates supplied via transformation. Status of the data used: January 1, 2023.
